Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
Oversee and coordinate the activities of the Slickline crew, ensuring the efficient and safe execution of
operations in line with ADNOC Drilling's high standards.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Job Specific Accountabilities
- Lead and supervise Slickline crews to ensure safe and efficient delivery of services in accordance with
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Slickline tools, equipment, and techniques. Provide guidance
- Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel and equipment, to optimize crew performance and
- Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
- Comply with all UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling and client Asset Integrity Management codes of
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or Equivalent.
- 3-5 years' of relevant experience in field - Rig experience, including a minimum of 2 years' at
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent computer skills.
