Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee on-site operations for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and project specifications. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities, including labor, subcontractors, and materials. Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, and safety regulations. Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to the Project Manager. Resolve on-site issues and address delays or emergencies effectively. Enforce site safety and cleanliness standards. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders. Review and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Maintain accurate documentation including work logs, time sheets, and materials used.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role. Knowledge of construction procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in MS Office and construction management software. High school diploma or relevant technical degree; additional certifications

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
