Job Description

Role Overview:

The Restaurant Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining the restaurant's Michelin standards.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, detail-oriented, and able to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced fine dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support front-of-house operations during service. Ensure guest satisfaction by upholding service standards and handling any concerns promptly. Train, coach, and mentor team members to deliver professional and personalized service. Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations. Monitor floor operations, reservations, and table management. Assist in maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards. Report to the Restaurant Manager and support in achieving operational goals.
Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within fine dining or luxury hospitality. Previous Michelin-star or high-end restaurant experience is an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Arabic (preferred) and English (required). Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
