Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate bakery operations on a daily basis.
Lead, motivate, and train staff for efficiency and excellent service.
Ensure product quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Handle inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination.
Oversee deliveries and logistics as required.
Report operational updates directly to management.
Requirements (Compulsory):
Fluent in Arabic

Valid UAE Driving License.
Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in bakery, restaurant, or food industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse team.
