Job Description
Requirements:
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety procedures .
- Sufficient experience in the restaurant industry .
- Ability to control quality and performance.
- Experience in purchasing and dealing with suppliers.
Duties:
- Monitoring quality at all stages, from initial storage to customer delivery.
- Ensuring food safety procedures are implemented.
- Sourcing good suppliers, concluding agreements, and conducting supply chain operations for all requirements.
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory to ensure smooth operations.
- Issuing purchase requests and orders and verifying purchasing and receiving processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
