Supervisor (preferred Arabic)
A supervisor is responsible for overseeing the work of a team to ensure productivity and efficiency, acting as a link between employees and upper management. Key duties include assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing training and feedback, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. They also handle issues, manage schedules, and contribute to goal setting and operational strategy. Core responsibilities
Manage team performance:
Oversee the daily work of a team, assign tasks, and set performance goals.Provide guidance and training:
Coach employees, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.Monitor operations:
Ensure that tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.Communicate effectively:
Act as a liaison between employees and senior management, relaying information and implementing policies.Resolve issues:
Address employee concerns, solve operational challenges, and resolve conflicts.Ensure compliance:
Make sure the team follows company policies, safety guidelines, and industry regulations.Essential skills
