Job Description
We are hiring experienced and responsible
Supervisors
to oversee and manage security personnel and operations at our client location. The ideal candidate must hold a validSIRA Supervisor License
andUAE Driving License
.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards across assigned sites. Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure proper conduct and alertness of staff. Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and take appropriate action. Maintain incident reports, attendance records, and daily activity logs. Ensure all guards are present, well-groomed, and properly equipped.
Requirements:
Valid
SIRA Supervisor License
(mandatory) ValidUAE Driving License
(mandatory) Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a security supervisory role (preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidaysBenefits:
