Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced
Site Supervisor
to oversee day-to-day operations at various residential and commercial properties managed by Smile Properties Management. The ideal candidate will ensure timely completion of maintenance works, coordinate with vendors, and uphold quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor all site activities related to maintenance, repair, and facility upgrades. Ensure work is carried out as per schedule, quality standards, and client expectations. Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and facility teams. Maintain daily reports, work completion records, and site logs. Report incidents, delays, or site issues to management promptly. Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment. Maintain safety and cleanliness of the job site. Liaise with tenants or clients on-site when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE. Strong knowledge of MEP, civil, and general maintenance works. Ability to manage multiple vendors and workers on-site. Good communication and coordination skills. UAE Driving License (preferred).

Salary: To be discussed based on experience. Visa and Insurance will be provided. Other benefits as per UAE labor law.
