Soft Service Supervisor

? Oversees the cleaning and maintenance operations within a bank to ensure a clean, safe, and

hygienic environment for customers and staff. Their job description typically includes.

? Supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, including cleaners and janitors.

? Developing and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas of the

bank are cleaned and maintained to high standards.

? Inspecting premises regularly to identify areas that require cleaning or repairs.

? Monitoring cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, and ordering supplies as needed.

? raining new cleaning staff and providing ongoing training and guidance to existing staff on

cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service standards.

? Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to cleaning staff.

? Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and bank policies.

? Handling any cleaning-related emergencies or issues that may arise, such as spills or

accidents.

? Liaising & reporting to Soft Service unit management to address any cleaning-related concerns

or requirements.

? Maintaining records of cleaning activities and reporting any maintenance or repair needs to

appropriate personnel.

Skills/Qualifications:

? BICS Trained

? High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or related field may be

preferred.

? Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles, with demonstrated leadership

experience.

? Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals

? Excellent organizational and time management skills

? Ability to supervise and motivate a team of housekeeping staff.

? Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

? Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

? Problem-solving abilities to address any issues or challenges that arise.

? Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures

? Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software for scheduling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
