Responsibilities: Supervision, training and coordination of food and beverage employees. Maintain stock control. Managing restaurant staff work schedule. Make sure that all products and dates are living up the standards. Ensure that every costumer gets the best experience and are served in professional manner. Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations. Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service. Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked. Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner. Skills and requirements: High school diploma. The ability the work in a fast paced environment. Exceptional customer service skills. Preferably restaurant supervisor experience. Restaurant and costumer service experience. Strong sales skills. Able to work on nights and weekends. Strong organization and analytical skills.
