Job Summary: Looking for a Supermarket Shift Manager in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction through excellent services
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase market shares
- Come up with business strategies to raise the customers\' pool, expand store traffic and increase profitability
- Carry out staff performance appraisals to assess training needs
- Evaluate local market conditions and identify current as well as prospective sales opportunities
- Handle store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Assist in training, coaching, development as well as motivation of the store personnel
- Ensure the store is kept in an outstanding condition
- Ensure proper inventory management and report on store activities
- Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or a related course
- Previous experience in the same or similar position required
- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills required
- Must be a business oriented person
- Ability to motivate the team
- Good customer service skills required
