We are looking for a detail-oriented Supermarket Officer to join our team at IIQAF. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the operation of our supermarkets. You will be responsible for the daily operations of the supermarket, such as stocking shelves, ensuring cleanliness of the environment, and providing excellent customer service. In this role, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the efficiency of the supermarket.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain accuracy and organization of the supermarket to ensure efficient operation.
Ensure safety of customers and employees by maintaining clean and hazard-free environment.
Monitor and control the supply and stock levels of food items and other products.
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Offer advice and assistance to customers regarding products and services.
Handle customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintain a secure environment throughout the store.
Assist in the training and development of new employees.
Monitor and report any suspicious activities or thefts.
Qualifications
Experience in the management and operation of supermarkets.
