Join our dynamic team as a Supermarket Floor Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail floor. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to lead our team and enhance the overall customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities on the supermarket floor
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of shelves and displays
Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts
Train and mentor floor staff on customer service and product knowledge
Oversee pricing and labeling of products
Implement and enforce merchandising standards
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall store operations
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
Assist in the implementation of promotional and marketing activities

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or in a similar role within a supermarket
Strong knowledge of retail operations and merchandising
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
