Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lebanese Floor Supervisor to oversee the restaurant floor operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry, excellent leadership skills, and a strong knowledge of Lebanese cuisine. As a floor supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and overseeing the work of the floor staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the restaurant floor operations, ensuring that all customers are receiving exceptional service at all times
- Supervise and train floor staff, including servers and hostesses, to ensure that they are providing a high level of service
- Ensure that the restaurant is always clean and well-presented, including the dining area, restrooms, and staff uniforms
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and effectively
- Ensure that all restaurant equipment is in good working condition and report any issues to the appropriate personnel
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared correctly and delivered to the customers in a timely manner
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies for the restaurant floor
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and effectively
- Strong knowledge of Lebanese cuisine and culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff and customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic
