Job Title : Superintendent

Reporting to : Wireline Operations Manager

Subordinates : NA

Age Requirement : 30 - 50 years old

Minimum Education : Any Diploma / Degree in Engineering

Years of Experience : Minimum 10 years operational experience in Slickline with a range of complex Wireline operations; e.g. milling/drilling, sliding sleeve manipulation and as a minimum have been involved in at least five stiff-line logging operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Superintendent shall be responsible for overseeing the entire well testing operations The incumbent will be required to provide daily activities report and actively communicate with clients on day to day basis.

Job responsibilities included but not limited to the following: Ensure that the company HSE Policy and Safety policy and procedures are strictly implemented in all working relations. Maintain efficient and profitable operations with equipment and personnel in accordance with established good oil-field practices. Enhance company's services and capabilities by indulging in a continuous innovation and improvement vis-a-vis with up to date technology. Ensure that all tenders technical data will meet the tender requirements Ensure all locations inventory are accurate and registered Ensure that all new ordered assets will meet MWS standards Conducting site visits to ensure efficient and trouble free operations of equipment and personnel. Present to General Manager all reports, statistics and summaries pertaining to all your activities such as site visits, self-audits, customer visits, monthly performance, weekly expenditures, HSEQ performance, etc. on a timely basis. Ensure that company policies are implemented within the area of responsibility and report any misconduct, undue behavior or violation by employees and process corrective action/measures. Report to General Manager about any Failures, Deficiencies or irregularities relating to the operations immediately upon occurrence. Work with the Service Line Managers to investigate complaints and concerns arising from equipment and suggest appropriate solutions. Discuss with the team to identify appropriate course of action. Monitor the slow movement / Obsolete items and follow up with the finance team to ensure accrual is done as per the company policy. Manage inward tools, materials, equipment, checking quantity, dispatching goods. SKILLS AND COMPETENCY

Qualified candidates should possess the following skills and competencies:

Strong technical background on Slickline operations. Expert with Wireline operations. Excellent in reading, writing and speaking fluent English. Very good personal and customer service skills. Has the knowledge of API 6A specification for well head and Christmas tree. Ability to Support day to day Well Testing Operations and plans routine Wireline Programs in line with client, safety and industry standards. Ensures well test data is collected accurately and presented professionally to achieve a high quality Slickline report for our client. Liaises with Operations Supervisors to ensure they are fully aware of offshore/onshore operations. Compiles end of job well test reports to required standard in a timely and efficient manner.
