Superintendent Construction Fab Yard (office/site)
Job Description
Coordinate between fab yard office (planning, drawings, scheduling) and site execution
Ensure fabrication works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
Monitor progress, productivity, and quality of fabrication works
Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and company procedures
Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, and client teams
Manage subcontractors, manpower, and equipment in the fab yard
Report construction progress and issues to project management
Key Requirements:
15+ years of experience in oil & gas construction projects
Strong background in fabrication yard operations
Good knowledge of structural, piping, and mechanical fabrication
Experience working in office and site environments
Strong leadership and coordination skills
