Job Description
Job Summary
- Maximum proportion of Job will be calling and sourcing new leads.
- Identify new ways to attract UG& PG Students
- Ensure complete closure of leads brought in by the team.
- Prepare relevant reports about the activities undertaken.
- Receive new applications, follow up to complete the application, review them, make initial decisions, send to faculty for evaluation, and finally reply to applicants accordingly
- Ensure maximum number of evaluations / interviews every week.
- Providing counseling services to prospects in-person, email & on the telephone, and responding to queries regarding program structure, duration, costs, specializations to take, etc.
- Ensure swift query responses and immediate profile update on HubSpot.
- Creating and maintaining the agent handbook.
- Coordinating various on / off campus recruitment events
- Ensuring a high level of responsiveness and customer service throughout the enrolment process.
- Managing and participating in Education Fairs including follow-up with attendance, execution and measuring KPIs.
- Representing the University at recruitment expos, events, education fairs & exhibitions in Dubai \xe2\x80\x93 GETEX , WORLD QS FAIR, BMI, AGENT EVENTS.
- Work closely with the Supervisors in a collaborative manner.
- Being a brand ambassador for the School.
- Other duties may expand as per the need of the team / School.
