Job Summary: Looking for an experienced and talented Student Recruitment Officer t to convert leads into enrollments Specific Requirements: -Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role -Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone -Good sales ability -Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers -Expected to reach a daily average of 80-100 calls per day -Preferably 1-2 years of relevant telesales/telemarketing experience, including lead generation and responding to telephone queries -Advising prospective students and/or parents on the programs in person/via telephone/emails and guiding them through the enrollment & admission process Job Location: Dubai Job Qualifications and Experience: -Bachelor's Degree in a Business Discipline or related -3+ years of experience in sales with proven success of converting leads into sales -Education background is preferable -Must have effective English language written and oral communication skills -Good understanding of MS Applications - Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel -Ability to work with and in a team environment Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure is required Application Procedure: All qualified candidates are encouraged to upload their recently updated CVs Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Experience:
