:
British Applied College is seeking a motivated and dynamic Student Recruitment Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and enrolling qualified students to our institution/program through various outreach and recruitment strategies. You will serve as a key point of contact for prospective students, providing information, guidance, and support throughout the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract prospective students.
Represent the institution at school fairs, college expos, community events, and virtual open days.
Conduct campus tours and presentations for individuals and groups.
Respond to inquiries from prospective students via email, phone, social media, and in-person meetings.
Guide students through the application and enrollment process, ensuring timely submission of required documentation.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospective student data.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials.
Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
Analyze recruitment data and provide regular reports on performance and trends.
Assist in the planning and execution of student engagement events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Previous experience in student recruitment, admissions, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable with public speaking and presenting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
