Position Summary
The Manager of Student Recruitment is responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive student recruitment and communication plans designed to meet annual enrollment targets.This role involves identifying new potential markets, conducting market analyses, and preparing intelligence reports to support strategic planning. The manager will expand and strengthen the university's network within secondary education communities and foster relationships with stakeholders at local, regional, and international levels.
Additionally, the manager participates in the development of operational and strategic plans for the Office of Enrollment Management, implements special initiatives, introduces innovative student recruitment methodologies, and contributes to the preparation and updating of informational materials and marketing collateral. Furthermore, the manager coordinates with academic and administrative units--particularly the Strategic Communications and Marketing team, the Scholarships and Financial Grants Office, the Sponsorships Liaison Office, and associate deans--to ensure the effective implementation of student recruitment plans.
