Job Description
We are currently in the process of hiring an Student Enrollment Advisor (Academia) a for a renowned college in Dubai. The Enrollments Advisor will undertake, primarily a sales function that includes, but is not limited to the following duties & responsibilities:
- Communicating with students and the general public to promote the sales of the college programs.
- Contributing to growing student numbers by achieving trimester intake targets
- Candidates should have excellent sales, customer service and influencing skills in order to drive admissions and enrolments and have the ability to build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Guide qualified leads through the admissions process until registration.
- Weekly reporting & analysis of enrollment numbers and performance data and discuss creative solutions to enhance team performance.
- Participation in events including all stages of planning and execution
- Ensure smooth customer journey in the recruitment process from lead or inquiry to admissions and orientation
