Job Description
- MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACOUNTABILITIES
- Suggest strategies for the credit relationship under supervision and ensure implementing the approved strategy to the allocated accounts.
- Ensure the Bank's leadership position and the extension of top quality service and ensure regular visits to the borrower as mandated by the Credit Policy Guide to keep abreast of latest developments and identify any weaknesses promptly. Besides, he will be directly participating in calls for business development.
- Participate actively in identifying the marketing potential for corporate structured products.
- Adhere to all banks' regulations, including but not limited to CPM regulations strictly, Central Bank of Egypt regulations and EGBank’s compliance requirements.
- Develop the best facility structure based on the company's short term and long term needs along with the support package/covenants/conditions precedent in liaison with RM & Credit Analyst. Suggest the pricing based on the company's risk rating in collaboration with the Team Leader & Group Head.
- Assist in originating, structuring and arranging Syndicated Facility transactions whereas, EG BANK to assume one of the following roles: IMLA, Facility Agent, Security Agent or Account Bank.
- Assist in originating, structuring and arranging Project Finance Transactions spanning advising borrowers on optimum funding structures and diversifying the bank’s asset base.
- Assist in managing and developing the securitization and corporate bonds product including liaising with stakeholders to setup the required system infrastructure and formulate the investment policy.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education
Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics/ Banking or equivalent.
Credit Course is necessary.
Languages
Fluent English – Fluent Arabic (Written – Spoken)
Required Experience
5 – 8 years of relevant work experience within Corporate Banking, with solid experience in corporate banking.
