Job Description

The Structured Finance Manager will lead the design, execution, and management of complex financing solutions for the company's physical commodities trading and supply operations. This role will focus on structuring multi-cargo, multi-counterparty, and cross-border trade financing programs to optimize working capital, mitigate risk, and support strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement structured financing solutions for the company's physical trading and supply chain activities, including prepayment structures, warehouse financing, and portfolio-level funding.
Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and investors to secure appropriate funding and optimize the capital structure.
Partner with trading, commercial, and treasury teams to align financing structures with operational and strategic objectives.
Assess and manage financial, credit, and counterparty risk associated with structured deals.
Monitor and report on structured finance programs, ensuring compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Provide expertise in hedging, leverage, and risk mitigation strategies for complex trade portfolios.
Lead negotiations with external financiers and ensure timely execution of agreements.
Identify opportunities for innovative financing solutions to support business expansion, particularly in new markets.
Develop policies, procedures, and internal controls for structured financing operations.
