We are looking for "Structural BIM Modeler" to join immediately.
Responsibilities (but not limited):
Proficient in various computer-aided drafting sore programs including
Analyze current building codes, by-laws and requirements to establish how they affect Structural drawings and stay up to date on all required and relevant codes.
Coordinate with structural, mechanical and electrical designs and create a way or a method of accurately arranging them to produce building designs that are understandable and feasible.
Acquire and assemble information needed to finish Structural drawings.
Oversee, organize and inspect the work of draftspersons, technologists, technicians and other relevant team members working on construction projects.
Requirements & Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Structural Engineering
With 3 -5 years' experience in computer-assisted drawing (CAD) software and Autodesk Revit Architecture
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Dubai, UAE
Outstanding communication skills
