Coordination with engineers and site teams is essential to ensure precision and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed steel structural drawings using AutoCAD and Tekla (or equivalent software).
Interpret structural design drawings and translate them into fabrication/shop drawings.
Coordinate with structural engineers and site teams for drawing revisions and clarifications.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and local authority requirements.
Maintain organized documentation of all drawings and revisions.
Requirements:
Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of drafting experience in steel structure projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Tekla Structures.
Strong attention to detail and understanding of steel connections and fabrication processes.
Familiarity with UAE building codes and standards is a plus.
