Project Manager / Structural Engineer - Prefabrication ConstructionAbout the RoleWe are seeking a technically strong Project Engineer or Structural Engineer with experience in prefabricated (modular or pre-cast) construction to oversee the execution of a major staff accommodation and residential project. The ideal candidate will have evolved from a site engineering background into a project management role, capable of overseeing structural execution, coordinating across disciplines, and ensuring quality and design alignment--particularly within prefab systems.This role is not limited to site supervision; it requires ownership of the project from a technical and delivery perspective, with a strong focus on structural integrity, coordination, and value engineering.Key Responsibilitieso Lead and manage structural and prefabricated components of the construction projecto Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams across engineering, design, and executiono Evaluate and provide input on design drawings, structural systems, and prefab methodologieso Monitor fabrication, delivery, and on-site assembly of modular unitso Identify opportunities for value engineering and optimization in prefab systemso Track project progress, identify technical risks, and maintain quality standardso Liaise with international engineering teams and support translation of structural requirements into site-ready actionso Ensure on-site execution aligns with design intent and structural requirementso Report directly to senior project leadership on progress, technical challenges, and performanceQualifications & Experienceo Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalento 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, ideally having progressed from site roles to project coordinationo Strong knowledge of prefabricated or pre-cast concrete systemso Experience in residential or staff accommodation construction is preferredo International experience (e.g., China, Southeast Asia, or other prefab-advanced markets) is acceptable; GCC experience is not mandatoryo Capable of reading, interpreting, and advising on structural and architectural planso Hands-on knowledge of construction sequencing and prefab project workflowso Fluent in Englisho Strong coordination and negotiation skills, particularly with structural suppliers and site teamso Familiarity with structural design software and documentation management systemsWhat We're Looking Foro A motivated project engineer or structural specialist ready to step into a broader project management roleo Someone who can take ownership of structural packages and prefabrication timelineso Technically sharp, detail-oriented, and able to work across multiple project stageso Able to liaise confidently with both site teams and international technical partners
