We are seeking a confident and experienced

Structural Project Engineer

to lead and manage structural and construction projects across both office and on-site environments. This is a client-facing role that requires strong technical expertise, structural design knowledge, and the ability to make informed decisions, resolve challenges, and drive projects to successful completion in dynamic, high-pressure settings.

The ideal candidate

will have a solid foundation in structural engineering, coupled with practical experience in CAD drafting, steel and metal fabrication, structural detailing, and site execution. You will act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring structural integrity aligns with design intent, fabrication capabilities, and on-site realities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage structural projects from initial concept through final installation, coordinating effectively between design teams, clients, site personnel, and fabrication partners. Serve as the main technical liaison with clients--translating structural concepts into practical solutions and managing expectations with confidence and clarity. Lead the preparation, review, and optimization of structural drawings and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and compliance with relevant codes. Oversee the development and execution of steel and metal structural components, ensuring engineering standards are met through all phases of production and installation. Supervise on-site structural work, resolve technical challenges promptly, and uphold strict safety and quality standards. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables--providing regular progress updates and addressing potential risks or delays proactively. Contribute to continuous improvement in structural systems, fabrication methods, material selection, and installation processes.
