Lead structural projects from concept through to installation, coordinating seamlessly between design teams, clients, site staff, and fabrication partners.
Act as the primary technical liaison with clients--translating complex structural concepts into practical, buildable solutions.
Prepare, review, and optimize structural drawings and technical documents, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and compliance with applicable codes.
Oversee the design, fabrication, and installation of steel and metal structural components, maintaining engineering standards at every stage.
Supervise site works, address technical issues swiftly, and uphold strict safety and quality requirements.
Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables--providing timely progress reports and proactively mitigating risks or delays.
Drive continuous improvement in structural systems, fabrication techniques, material usage, and installation practices.
