Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Structural Inspector - Asset Management to join our team! In this role you will get to performs continuous surveillance of assigned inspection activities to ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and specifications.

What You\'ll Be Doing:

Demolition of transportation facilities (roads, streets, bridges etc.).

Maintenance of road bridges, and other associated improvements (curb and gutter, street, sidewalk, landscaping).

Drainage work, traffic control, compliance with SWPPP requirements.

Installation of electrical equipment related to traffic signals, ramp metering and street lighting.

Irrigation and planting, roadway and overhead sign removal and installation.

Installation on temporary and permanent signs and delineation.

Installation of mechanical equipment.

Building and facility construction and associated site development.

Taking project photographs on a daily basis and filing them.

Inspects site conditions to ensure suitability for the designed permanent works.

Give practical advise on constructional matters.

Maintain records of inspections, work executed, etc.

Assist in or measure work done when required.

Observe site safety procedures.

Assist in preparation of \xe2\x80\x9cas-built\xe2\x80\x9d drawings.

Assist with inspection of completed works, prepare sang lists and handover to operating authority.

What Required Skills You\'ll Bring:

Degree in Civil, or Structural Engineering with minimum 5 years related asset maintenance supervision experience on road bridges and utilities projects.

Or, Diploma in Civil, or Structural Engineering with minimum 7 years related asset maintenance experience on road bridges and utilities.

Preferably with related work experience in Dubai, UAE, or GCC in an engineering consulting firm.

Knowledge and experience using computer software.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Ability to communicate logically and clearly with management and staff.

Commitment to safe work practices.
