Job Description

We are looking for a skilled CAD & Revit MEP & Structural Draughtsman with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing structural shop drawings and bar bending schedules and must be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare detailed structural and MEP shop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. Develop bar bending schedules (BBS) as per project requirements. Interpret and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure accurate drawings. Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards. Assist in clash detection and resolution using Revit. Modify and revise drawings as per site or client requirements.

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in structural drafting and MEP coordination. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (MEP & Structural), and MS Office. Strong understanding of shop drawings, bar bending schedules, and construction detailing. Knowledge of international drafting standards and codes. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience with BIM workflows. Knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection. Previous experience in GCC countries is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
