RCC structural detailing and shop drawing preparation
for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare
structural shop drawings
and
reinforcement detailing
based on IFC and design drawings.
Develop
bar bending schedules (BBS)
, rebar layouts, formwork, and concrete pour sequence drawings.
Coordinate with site engineers, structural engineers, and consultants to resolve design or detailing issues.
Ensure compliance with
ACI, BS, and local UAE standards
.
Revise drawings as per consultant comments and site conditions.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in
Civil / Structural Engineering
or related field.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in preparing
RCC structural shop drawings
for major building or infrastructure projects.
Excellent command of
AutoCAD
(knowledge of
Revit Structure
or
CADS RC
is a plus).
Ability to interpret structural design drawings, sections, and reinforcement details.
Experience with
post-tensioned slabs
,
pile caps
, and
retaining structures
preferred.
