We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Structural Design Engineer
with
2+ years of experience
to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for assisting in the design, analysis, and detailing of structural systems for a range of building and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the
design and analysis of structural components
for residential, commercial, or industrial buildings
Prepare
structural drawings, calculations, and reports
under the supervision of senior engineers
Use software tools such as
STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, or Revit
for modeling and analysis
Conduct
load calculations
, material selection, and design optimization
Ensure that designs comply with relevant
codes and standards
(e.g., IS, ACI, BS, Eurocode)
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure design integration
Support in
site inspections, construction supervision
, and resolving design-related issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Minimum
2 years of experience
in structural design
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
, and at least one structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, STAAD Pro)
Strong understanding of
structural behavior
, materials, and code requirements
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with
Revit or BIM workflows
Exposure to design of
steel, concrete, and composite structures
Experience in preparing
structural drawings and BOQs
