Position Summary



We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Structural

Design Engineer (Mid-Level) to join our growing engineering team in Dubai.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on prominent multi-storey

residential and commercial developments, where you will collaborate closely

with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design precision,

regulatory compliance, and technical excellence.



The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience

in structural analysis and design, the ability to manage authority coordination

and submittals, and a solid foundation in both manual and software-assisted

calculations. If you are passionate about structural engineering and looking to

Key Responsibilities



Perform structural calculations, analysis, and design for

reinforced concrete and steel structures in accordance with UAE codes and

standards

Prepare and review structural drawings, including shop

drawings and design documentation

Work closely with CAD and BIM teams to ensure coordination

and clarity in deliverables

Assist in preparing authority submissions and responding to

technical queries from contractors or site teams

Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to

ensure an integrated and efficient design approach

Ensure designs meet Dubai Municipality (DM) and other

relevant local authority requirements



Qualifications &

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an

accredited university

Minimum of 7 years of structural design experience in

mid-to-high rise building projects within the UAE or GCC

Proficiency in structural design software including AutoCAD,

ETABS, and SAFE; knowledge of Revit Structure is a plus

Registration with Dubai Municipality (DM) and/or Society

of Engineers UAE (SOE) is preferred

Thorough understanding of UAE building codes, international design

standards, and authority compliance

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively

in a multidisciplinary environment
