Licensed Engineer with Dubai Municipality (DM)-G+4
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the structural design process from conceptual phase through authority approvals.
Ensure all designs comply with relevant local codes and international standards.
Collaborate effectively with architectural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines throughout the design development.
Provide technical support for construction teams, including addressing RFIs and coordinating responses to field change notices (FCNs).
Analyze site investigation reports such as geotechnical and wind tunnel studies and integrate findings into structural models.
Generate and review technical reports, design calculations, and documentation.
Review and verify structural shop drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS).
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of design packages.
Must have Valid UAE Driving License
