Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Design and analyze structural elements for luxury villas and apartments
Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to develop integrated design solutions
Conduct structural calculations, simulations, and analyses to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards
Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and documentation
Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design and safety regulations
Identify and resolve structural issues during the construction phase
Stay updated with industry trends and building codes
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering in UAE, ideally within the residential construction industry
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices
Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, or similar)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
