BMI Interior is seeking a

Structural Engineer

with experience in

interior design and fit-out projects

. The ideal candidate will work closely with

architects, designers, and project managers

to ensure all structural elements align with safety standards and aesthetic goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct

structural analysis and design

for interior modifications, including

walls, ceilings, partitions, and load-bearing elements

. Collaborate with

architects and interior designers

to integrate structural solutions into creative design concepts. Ensure compliance with

Dubai building codes, safety regulations, and structural integrity standards

. Perform

on-site inspections

to monitor construction progress and verify adherence to structural plans. Recommend

materials and structural techniques

that balance durability, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness. Utilize software such as

AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD.Pro

, or equivalent for structural modeling and analysis.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in

Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering

. Minimum 2

years of experience

in structural design, preferably in

interior fit-out or architectural projects

. Strong knowledge of

building materials, load calculations, and seismic considerations

. Proficiency in

structural engineering software

and

AutoCAD

. Excellent problem-solving and

team collaboration skills

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
