Strategy / Transformation & Governance Manager - (Global Fintech) - Dubai
You will play a core role in developing our Digital Strategy through Digital Innovation, Platform Consolidation and Global Presence.
You will operate at both a strategic and business level with enterprise executives and managers, providing enterprise-wide support on governance, project portfolio management.
Ability to work across multi-functional & multi-cultural teams act as a catalyst for change

Responsibility / Accountabilities
- Drive the agenda and maintain Organization function
- Linking organizational strategy to programs and projects
- Responsible for the strategy document produced by senior management can be converted into the projects and programs
- Portfolio management, project selection and prioritization, manages the interdependencies between and among projects that can only be seen from the perspective of a PMO
- Establishes project management as a core business process and translates into successful project delivery
- Enterprise Strategic Alignment \xe2\x80\x93 Incorporate strategic planning objectives into project management processes
- Process Driven
- Enterprise Project Management (PMO)
- Defining Target Operating Model
- Implementing Governance Frameworks
- Defining Strategy and Organizing
- Participate in strategic planning sessions
- Execution and Educating teams
- Understand the goals of each division and department
- Understand how those goals are aligned to the long-term strategy of the organization
- Regularly conduct reviews of progress toward completion of projects with the portfolio
- Communicate regularly, developing strong relationships across the organization
