About the job Our client is one of the biggest and renowned legal firm in middle east. They are looking for a Strategy and Marketing Executive to join their firm and on a day-to-day basis support in his/her duties: Facilitate and assist the Strategy & Marketing Manager to establish relationships with local, regional, and international centres, societies and organisations specialising in arbitration, mediation to promote the company; Provide support to the Strategy & Marketing Manager to develop short and long-term market strategies for existing services offered by the company in addition to new services the company can offer to boost revenue and awareness within the market and internationally; Coordinate the drafting and publication of books, journals, articles and papers on arbitration, mediation to promote the company, including through social media channels; Assist in the development and management of the companies website and social media channels to promote the company; Assist in the development and execution of a sound digital marketing strategy based on market and consumer needs; Direct social media efforts on various social networks, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn; Expand partnership with social media users within the legal community; Assist in the tracking and monitoring of the performance of marketing strategies implemented; Provide support in the planning of marketing events and other campaigns to strengthen public relations and the company presence; Collaborate with PR and content companies, potential partners, institutions and legal practitioners to build, maintain and develop an integrated marketing strategy for the company.
Qualifications: You will have experience of working in communication management, design, development strategy, and should: Be a self-motivated team-player; Possess strong inter-personal, time management and administrative skills; Have excellent attention to detail; Write clearly, persuasively and concisely; Have analytical and evaluative skills Have an organised approach to work; Be punctual and meet deadlines; Take responsibility for your own actions and demonstrate drive and enthusiasm in everyday work; Recognise and suggest ideas for improvement in your own work and seek to solve problems independently; Strong familiarity with essential digital marketing tools and technologies; Minimum of five years experience in marketing communication or a related post where the same set of marketing and leadership skills have been used; Work well under pressure
