The Role
On a day-to-day basis, you will support the Strategy & Marketing Manager in his/her duties: \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate and assist the Strategy & Marketing Manager to establish relationships with local, regional, and international centres, societies and organisations \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support to the Strategy & Marketing Manager to develop short and long-term market strategies for existing services offered in addition to new services to boost revenue and awareness within the market and internationally; \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate the drafting and publication of books, journals, articles and papers on to promote the Institution, including through social media channels; \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the development and management of the institution\xe2\x80\x99s website and social media channels to promote the Institution; \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the development and execution of a sound digital marketing strategy based on market and consumer needs; \xe2\x80\xa2 Direct social media efforts on various social networks, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn; \xe2\x80\xa2 Expand partnership with social media users within the legal community; \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the tracking and monitoring of the performance of marketing strategies implemented; \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support in the planning of marketing events and other campaigns to strengthen public relations and the Centres presence; \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with PR and content companies, potential partners, institutions and legal practitioners to build, maintain and develop an integrated marketing strategy for the Centre;

Requirements
You will have experience of working in communication management, design, development strategy, and should: \xe2\x80\xa2 Be a self-motivated team-player; \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess strong inter-personal, time management and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail; \xe2\x80\xa2 Write clearly, persuasively and concisely; \xe2\x80\xa2 Have analytical and evaluative skills; \xe2\x80\xa2 Have an organised approach to work; \xe2\x80\xa2 Be punctual and meet deadlines; \xe2\x80\xa2 Take responsibility for your own actions and demonstrate drive and enthusiasm in everyday work; \xe2\x80\xa2 Recognise and suggest ideas for improvement in your own work and seek to solve problems independently; \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong familiarity with essential digital marketing tools and technologies; \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum of five years experience in marketing communication or a related post where the same set of marketing and leadership skills have been used; \xe2\x80\xa2 Work well under pressure;
