Job Description
The Strategy Lead - Internal will be responsible for driving the execution of people strategy at headquarters level, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. This role involves strategic reporting, analytics, and high-level stakeholder engagement, including Board and Committee interactions.
- Develop and implement dashboards and integrated reports.
- Execute people strategy for Group-level and support portfolio company initiatives.
- Deliver annual and integrated reports for senior leadership.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Support PMO activities and transformation projects.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all strategic deliverables.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in strategy or consulting (Big 4 or similar preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI skills highly desirable.
- Expertise in data analytics and dashboard development.
- Proven stakeholder management and reporting experience at senior levels.
- Exposure to PMO or people-related transformation projects.
- Initial 12-13-month contract with strong potential for extension, as well as additional opportunities within the organisation.
