Job Description

Shift: Schedule: Full-time PURPOSE Contributes to AXA Services development and transformation by identifying, organizing and managing the transformations needed to reach business objectives.

PRIMARY MISSIONS The Strategic Workforce Planner manages transformations to support AXA Services and the Client organization's adoption to move to the converging system (organizational, processes, technological) and the new way of achieving business objectives.

He / She has to oversee all areas of a business, identify and implement necessary changes to enable AXA Services businesses to perform to its optimum ability in sync of the convergence program.

Before implementing changes and to support AXA Services strategy he / she has to produce financial assessments of potential initiatives / transformation projects including a review of new and existing processes

When implementing changes, he / she has to drive the change when initiatives / transformation projects have high impacts on AXA Services organization / population and in the end to deliver measurable improvements.

He / She must bridge any gap between the departments and maintain strong communications across all aspects of the company

He / She should help colleagues understand the company more fully and clarify the reasons behind any company restructure or change.

DETAILED ACTIVITIES Identification of opportunities:

Understand current processes, systems, organizational landscapes and assess gaps, impacts, risks, success factors associated to the transformation.

Elicit and analyze large quantities of data to identify trends and areas of opportunity to help support recommendations for cost efficiency and convergence purpose.

Work closely with functions globally across AXA Services and market partners to define the target states and transformations to be launched throughout the organizations.

Liaise with Finance to develop and support business cases and strategy definition for AXA Services Management.

Define the transformation program strategy, tactics principles (ex: top-down, bottom up, lateral ...) and associated KPIs.

Communicate strategies and objectives with relevant departments. Management of transformations:

Execute and monitor the plan, regularly review results and adapt if needed.

Evaluate the success of any adjustments made within the organization and share the findings.

Define change management approach for: organization, culture, roles, processes, workflows, workload, competencies, governance, tools, ...

Implement any changes sensitively and with minimal disruption.

Identify any risks regarding changes and develop a strategy to overcome or address these.

Ensure in the end transformation meets its intended objectives.

Communicate effectively on all changes ensuring that the relevant business, operations and technology stakeholders are engaged and that all issues and risks are identified and escalated. Measurement of achievements:

Measure the overall transformation results through selected KPIs and customer satisfaction.

Monitor the convergence of its perimeter with the overall AXA Services."

SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES Support the definition, the implementation and the governance of the Group Technology Operations (GTO) & Group CIO sourcing strategy.

Support the definition of the IT Sourcing plan for the next 4 years in close collaboration with GTO & Group CIO ELT members and support portfolio related initiatives, steers and reports progress at GTO & Group CIO ELTs level.

Support all the associated business-cases and manages the overall GTO & Group CIO efficiency forecast with the target reduction of IT Budget baseline in close collaboration with IT Efficiency & Transversal Monitoring team.

Animates working groups composed of ELT members / other Executives; challenges them and steers decisions under time-pressured constraints on IT

Support and implements proper governance on the IT Sourcing initiatives:

Defines the levers to be use on workforce optimization and contracts to achieve the GTO & Group CIO target.

Steers the GTO & Group CIO ELT Members (8 products families and 10 markets/countries) in achieving their own plan and ensure an overall consistency with the global target.

Manages the above listed contract optimization plan with the proper coordination with Procurement and Finance divisions.

Collaborate closely with IT transformation team on the implementation of the IT Sourcing Strategic plan through Operating Model implementation for GTO & Group CIO (4 years plan). Facilitates GTO & Group CIO Extended ELT offsites (semi-annually). Coordinates and federates all IT departments and other AXA GO teams to create a consistent approach for the IT organization, while providing best-in-class and benchmarkable orientations when sourcing related topics are addressed.

Support the GTO & Group CIO Workforce Action Plan in close collaboration with GO Transformation division (for the ~1 600 internals positions) and Procurement Division (for the ~700 contingence labor positions).

Ensure the quality of the data

Take the appropriate decision to align and to clean the AXA GO HR and Procurement databases

Ensure consistency with the GTO & Group CIO Sourcing strategy plan and the yearly efficiency plan lead by IT Efficiency & Transversal Monitoring team.

As part of internal resources and capabilities management, defines what needs to be done in-house and ensures, with support of HR teams, that staff is hired, retained and trained/upskilled to achieve this goal

Ensure consistency of the IT job cartography with the Workforce Evolution plan in the next 4 years

Support across Group Technology Operations the sourcing process and ensure the proper Sourcing Committee are in place to deliver decision aligned with IT Sourcing Strategy and efficiency plan (~2 500 positions).

Standardize & industrialize of the transversal processes across GroupTechnology Operations organization

Set up & drive governances to monitor GroupTechnology Operations process execution

Consolidate & report on transversal processes for GroupTechnology Operations

Convey & ensure transformation & increasing of processes maturity at GroupTechnology Operations level

Single Point Of Contact for support functions in order to manage process execution & evolutions
