As part of our expansion, we're looking for a
Strategic Sales Executive
someone who understands that modern sales isn't just about cold calls, but about
building smart networks, industry partnerships, and client trust

About the Role
This is a client-facing, strategy-driven sales role where you will identify and develop new business opportunities, build partnerships, and engage with key clients in the
hospitality, F&B, and commercial sectors
.
You'll be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals that align with Build Mode's business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across hospitality, F&B, and commercial sectors.
Build relationships with referral partners such as real estate agents, OS&E suppliers, and industry consultants.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, marketing) for proposal alignment and execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured outreach and relationship management.
Represent Build Mode at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in interior fit-out, contracting, or related industries.
Strong communication and presentation skills -- confident in front of decision-makers.
Proven track record of building relationships and closing deals.
Ability to identify and collaborate with complementary businesses for mutual growth.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow with a dynamic organization.
