We are an
upcoming chain of dental clinics located in Dubai
, looking for aStrategic Projects Coordinator
to support and execute high-impact strategic and operational initiatives across the organization.This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and hands-on experience coordinating cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
Translate strategic priorities into clear project plans, timelines, and KPIs Track execution across departments and ensure timely delivery Prepare weekly project updates, dashboards, and leadership reports Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Expansion teams Support process improvement initiatives and operational excellence Work closely with senior leadership on priority projects
Requirements
4+ years' experience in project management, strategy, or operations roles Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides Background in consulting, healthcare operations, or multi-unit businesses preferred
