Strategic Partnerships Specialist (Children-focused industry experience required)

Role Overview:

We're seeking a proactive Strategic Partnerships Specialist to join our marketing team. This person will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential business partners, generating qualified leads and fostering collaborations to grow our brand presence and business opportunities. Experience working with children-related organizations or schools is mandatory, as our target partnerships often lie in these sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential businesses and organizations for collaboration and partnership opportunities, especially within the children's education and activities sector. Reach out and establish contact with decision-makers via email, calls, and social media. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored proposals and presentations. Track and report on lead generation and collaboration outcomes. Assist in marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and partnership opportunities. Attend networking events and industry conferences as required.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or marketing communications. Previous work experience in a kids' association, children-related organization, or school environment is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented. Comfortable using CRM and communication tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
