The Qualification and Data Process Owner will report directly to the Snr Director for Global Accounts and will have a significant impact on the company\'s strategic growth initiatives. As the Strategic Accounts control and Governance Owner, you\'ll be a pivotal force to establish and maintain control and governance processes for the qualification and data management activities for existing and new accounts by ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and data privacy laws. Also, to develop and implement global control frameworks and procedures to monitor the accuracy, security, and integrity of data used in the qualification process. Lead and coordinate global internal and external audits related to qualification and data processes, responding to audit findings, and driving corrective actions as needed. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire process lifecycle \xe2\x80\x93 from process definition to continuous improvement. You\'ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, engaging key stakeholders to identify pain points, strengths, and areas for enhancement. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global qualification process for potential global accounts, including the establishment of criteria, metrics, and KPIs for evaluating potential opportunities.
  • Lead the data process management for global accounts, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data inputs and outputs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data quality issues, including data cleansing, normalization, and enrichment activities.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Sales and Aftermarket Process Owner on Lean Process Improvement opportunities, E2E design process solutions as well as supporting all Continuous Improvement projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, finance teams, and legal to align with the overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of the qualification to senior leadership including actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Create processes and controls to manage change requests. Manage and resolve divergences to standard process.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable global and regional key accounts agreements across all JC entities.
  • Global alignment of the commercial offering to each of the key accounts
  • Partnering with the key customers in defining strategies, NPD & R&D prioritization & new route to market
  • Deliver key accounts global forecasts that are based on: Customer intelligence & a clear understanding of the pipeline & customer requirements.
  • Maximize cash conversion from key accounts through central management of receivables and inventory optimization.
  • Managing and updating various Dashboards
  • Determine best class service drivers to key accounts through NPS analysis and quarterly deep dives with customers & Sales & Aftermarket
  • Synchronization between OEM & AM key accounts strategy

  • Experience working with CRM systems, data visualization tools, and other relevant technologies.
  • Able to critically review existing processes; make recommendations for rationalisation and improvement and implement them operationally.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and manage project teams to deliver.
  • Process oriented, outcome-based problem-solving skills.
