Our ideal candidate will have extensive strategic experience building customer relations with select ESCO organizations and a proven track record selling within the lighting industry. Candidates located in California will be given preference however, consideration will be given to candidates located in Western Region (Nevada/Arizona). Relocation is not available for this position. Primary Responsibilities: Generate and maintain intimate customer relationships (with deep understanding of the applicable strategy, personnel, and processes) for select ESCO organizations and the supporting RAB Distributor Customers in RAB's Western Sales Region. Facilitate sales of RAB products / solutions to these select ESCO organizations through the supporting RAB distributors by implementing a definitive sales strategy. Directly assist the RAB Western Sales Team with achieving annual sales and profitability targets with the select, supporting RAB distributors and close quantifiable project business. Ensure that marketing and training requirements are identified and well executed for all applicable RAB products / solutions to these select ESCO organizations and their supporting RAB Distributor Customers. Develop yearly assessments on the size of business opportunities/penetration of select ESCO organizations and the supporting RAB Distributor Customers in RAB's Western Sales Region.

Skills & Experience: Undergraduate degree Strong Communication Skills 5+ years of previous customer service experience in the Lighting Industry 5+ years of outside sales experience in the Lighting Industry (components, luminaires, etc.) 2-5 years of sales experience directly dealing with ESCO organizations. (Knowledge of existing ESCO entities and contacts within the western region is ideal). Proven skills in problem solving, project management, organization, research Experience as a lighting consultant and technical sales manager with strength in building proposals for multi-faceted Lighting projects. Experience with design and implementation of medium to large scale lighting projects with controls, definitive energy savings, and payback. Understanding of the regulatory environment (in CA & nationwide) as it applies to Lighting, as well as utility rebate programs. Direct knowledge of the existing industry relationships between Lighting manufacturers
