Job Overview
The Strapi Developer will architect, develop, and maintain API-first content platforms using Strapi Headless CMS. You will integrate with modern frontends and backend services, enforce security and accessibility standards, and ensure reliable, high-performance delivery for government digital channels.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Strapi applications and REST-GraphQL APIs
• Customize Strapi plugins, roles, and permissions to meet service requirements
• Integrate Strapi with React, Angular, or Vue frontends and backend services
• Implement API-driven content delivery for web, mobile, and other channels
• Configure role-based access control, audit logs, and secure coding practices
• Support content teams with workflows, publishing, and taxonomy structures
• Monitor performance, uptime, and scalability; tune caching and CDNs
• Maintain documentation, version control, CI-CD pipelines, and IaC scripts
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and accessibility standards
• Mentor junior developers and champion headless CMS best practices

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Strapi Developer or in headless CMS development
• Strong Node.js and JavaScript-TypeScript skills; proficiency with REST and GraphQL
• Hands-on integration with React, Vue, or Angular
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS, CI-CD workflows, and containerization
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL
• Understanding of security hardening, data privacy, and WCAG accessibility
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Commitment to public sector values, innovation, and citizen-first service delivery
