Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the sewage treatment plant (STP)
Monitor treatment processes and ensure compliance with environmental standards
Operate and maintain pumps, blowers, filters, and other STP equipment
Conduct regular inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance
Maintain records of plant operations, chemical usage, and water quality
Ensure health and safety procedures are strictly followed
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in STP operations and supervision
Strong knowledge of STP systems, processes, and regulatory compliance
Ability to troubleshoot equipment and respond to emergencies
Good leadership and communication skills
