Operate and monitor sewage treatment plant equipment including pumps, blowers, aeration tanks, clarifiers, and sludge handling systems.
Perform routine checks on water quality, chemical dosing, and treatment efficiency.
Ensure proper disposal of sludge and treated water in compliance with environmental regulations.
Record daily operational data such as flow rates, pressure, and chemical usage.
RO Operations:
Operate, monitor, and maintain the Reverse Osmosis water treatment system.
Carry out membrane cleaning, replacement, and preventive maintenance as required.
Check and adjust pre-treatment systems (sand filters, carbon filters, cartridge filters, etc.).
Monitor product water quality (TDS, pH, hardness, etc.) to ensure compliance with standards.
General Duties:
Conduct routine inspection and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in coordination with the maintenance team.
Maintain housekeeping of plant and ensure safe work practices.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operation and maintenance reports.
Comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements at all times.
