Stores Assistant

Job Description
Unipods LLC is looking for a Stores Assistant with knowledge in MEP & Building Materials. Candidate at least minimum of 2 years of work experience in the relevant field. Please note that this is Blue Color category and we are looking for the candidate one who can join immediately. Responsibilities:
Minimum 2 to 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
Should have knowledge in Computer skills and MS Office Soft Skills:
Expected Start Date: 15/10/2023
- Control and manage all received and issued material.
- Arrange all received goods and forward it to the correct point of storage area and maintain proper records and filing.
- Make sure all material and DO\xe2\x80\x99s of items received matching the quantities & description of LPOs issued by purchase to suppliers.
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
- Promptly updating of all inventory transactions, maintains the warehouse, records in system.
- Controlling and coordinating the receipts, Storage and issues of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Having good knowledge in MEP & Building materials.
- Supervise Store helpers and encouraging them to do the job with the best effort and active in cooperating with others.
Minimum 2 to 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
Should have knowledge in Computer skills and MS Office Soft Skills:
